How at-source de-identification works.

  1. 01

    Runs inside the owner's systems

A container or on-prem agent. Raw recordings never reach Quarry or the lab.

  2. 02

    Speech in, spans out

Calls are transcribed locally; names, numbers, addresses, card, Aadhaar, PAN and policy numbers are covered with tone and tagged.

  3. 03

    Checked before export

People and automated scans review a sample of every batch; the owner signs off before anything leaves.
